House rules

General Conditions

All guests (and their visitors) must comply with the house rules and any instructions from the property manager during their stay. Hosts must inform the manager of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

Noise and Neighbors

Guests are responsible for the safety of their children and for any disturbances caused to other residents of the neighborhood. Noise should be minimized, especially between 11 PM and 7 AM. Excessive noise may result in penalties, eviction, and deductions from the security deposit.

Visitors

Guests are not allowed to have visitors without prior approval. Any additional visitors, especially if staying overnight, must be approved at the time of booking and will incur additional charges.

Parties and Gatherings

Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Small gatherings must comply with noise, neighborhood, and visitor number regulations.

Garbage and Recycling

Guests must dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Excess waste should not be left in common areas. The staff handles the waste, but it is your responsibility to sort it correctly during your stay.

Security

Guests must ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked when leaving the property. Lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices must be turned off when not in use. Air conditioning should not be left on when the guests are away.

Pool 

The pool may be used at any time, but noise regulations must be respected. Glasses are prohibited around the pool; any violation will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the provided ashtrays. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. They should not be on the furniture or beds and must be supervised.

Damage and Repairs

Any damage or breakage must be reported to the property manager as soon as possible. Failure to report damages will result in a penalty  deduction from the security deposit. No furniture should be moved without prior consent. Bath towels must not be used outside the property (e.g., at the beach). Separate beach towels are provided.

Check-out Procedures

The property should be ready to be cleaned at the agreed time. The staff will conduct an inspection to assess the condition of the property and any potential damage. The security deposit will be refunded unless repairs or additional cleaning fees need to be deducted.

Compliance

Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a breach of the rental contract. The owner reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor who refuses to comply with these rules, with consequences on the security deposit.
