General Conditions

This Vacation Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions applicable to any guest booking the vacation rental property referred to below. By completing a booking, the guest agrees to the terms in this agreement.

Property

The vacation rental property is located at:

Derb Snane, Mouassine, 40000, Marrakesh, Morocco

Property Description: 1 riad, 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 

Included amenities: Bed linens, pool and shower towels, shower gel & shampoo.

Maximum Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 persons (including children).

An additional charge of 25€ per person per night applies for guests exceeding 6 persons, up to the maximum of 12.

Term of Lease

Check-in: 15:00

Check-out: 11:00

Late check-outs not previously approved may incur a 100€ fee.

Minimum Stay

A 4-night minimum stay is required.

Longer stays may apply during holidays. Shorter stays may be permitted for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.

Rental Rules

Guests agree to abide by all rental rules throughout the stay and ensure all guests and visitors do the same.

Access

Property staff may access the property for repairs, inspection, or emergencies. Notice will be given when possible (minimum 5 hours’ notice, unless an emergency).

Rental Rate & Fees

Payment:

• 30% of the total rental amount is due by bank transfer within 14 days of booking. Remaining
• 70% is due on the day of check-in.
• Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund of deposit if cancelled 90+ days before check-in.
• No refund if cancelled less than 90 days before check-in.
• This applies unless stated otherwise through Airbnb.

Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Details

Payment instructions will be shared upon booking confirmation. Bank transfer is required for the first payment; cash or bank transfer is required for the second payment at check-in.

Compliance

This agreement becomes effective upon guest booking. By proceeding with the booking, the guest confirms their acceptance of all terms outlined above.
